Storefront volunteers play an important role in keeping our shop welcoming and running smoothly. Shop shifts are a great way to support our cats while engaging with the community.
Tasks include:
- greeting visitors
- answering basic questions
- tidying the space
- ringing up customer purchases
Shifts are 4 hours and are ideal for volunteers who are passionate about cats, are unable to foster, or prefer not to do cleaning tasks.
Currently, our storefront is open Fridays from 3:30 – 7:30 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 – 4 PM. With more storefront volunteers, we can welcome visitors more frequently.
All storefront volunteers are fully trained and supported before working shifts on their own, ensuring a positive experience for both volunteers and guests.
